Are there any lenders or resources out there that can provide DSCR loans or other types of loans that are less than 100K and don't require prior ownership history?

Some of those programs require that the property is leased while others do not. 

If you lack the funds to flip any other way, go for it, but do understand it's not a business model for long term success. 

Many investors/Contractors like yourself gain a ton from other members here.

Do many other homes sleep that many people?

Or just sell it at a loss… I need some guidance here, I know very little about real estate investing other than I know I’ll be losing money after maintenance and paying a property manager.
