And for brand value I'd argue there is no "nike" of PMc, so many can fluff the feathers and cluck how great there brand value is but I say show me the client stream coming purely from brand, I call BS to that "cluck", and say it's open air and opportunity for any to create brand value in a market and take market share where there is any lacking options in PMc quality or availability.

You've presented a great list of questions here, however, I wouldn't be able to address the bulk of your concerns because: 1) the specifics of your situation/intentions will dictate the proper advice, and 2) these questions are better suited for an attorney.However, it sounds like you have a variety of different income streams, all of which are treated differently for tax purposes than the others.

If you're goal is to build generational wealth and multiple income streams, I'd put just enough down to make sure it would cashflow at the % you want and buy as many as you could.

It's an asset based loan so most all the requirements will be dependent on the rent covering the debt so if you have cash but no stream of income it'll be the way to go.
