I've been networking and have met experienced contractors and have been receiving mentoring and coaching through experienced investors.

What most of them want is for someone to give them all the answers and do all the work for them.It's the same thing with mentors.

I'm specifically interested in learning how to land a pre-foreclosure deal, but I think I need a structured system for educating myself and have a teacher/mentor for support and to hold me accountable during the process.

Perhaps if we find a local mentor with rehab experience, we could consider that.

Why are these type “mentor testimonials” always populated by people who only join BP to recommend the mentor?

I would sit in on the mentor protege calls on a weekly basis.

That is where I met some of my most fruitful partners, contractors, mentors, and lenders... at these very meetups.

I'm new here and am eager to learn and maybe find a mentor.
