Very similarly when you are pitching a new product or service that Amazon should start to anyone on the leadership team you have to write your pitch exactly as it would be a press release.

Talk to HOA leadership and ask if there are any potential law suits lurking in the future.

On the positive side, I get to take the leadership and project management skills I've gained with me in to real estate.
