You need 5 superstars who are evangelists for your mission, values and purpose. Your business needs to have a higher purpose than simply making money. You find your 5 evangelists and let them build your company.

You can't scale your business without the right leadership structure. You need to figure out how to match your values to those that you hire. You need to let go of those that don't match your values.
