I'm wondering if anyone knows of any realtors in the Oklahoma City area who have a background in home construction or repair and are able to approach it through that lens to help identify all problems as early as possible to help with negotiations? 

I identified a lucrative opportunity to lease a property to law enforcement but have no idea on what legal clauses others in the past have included in their agreements.

How do you identify an agent that has successfully negotiated steep discounts on New Builds in the Orlando/Daytona Beach area? 

For me, I would want to identify an accelerated process to buy a new property via auction.

However on their top markets I find it to be a lagging indicator and not a good place to identify markets8 as there is more to investing than just proposed cash flow.

The key is to identify the new properties within 45 days and close them within 180 days.
