To me this is a bit of gray area - pertaining to business practices and moral/ethical standards.

After reading Dion's opinion on the topic there doesn't really seem to be much "gray area".  

My area is cheap (Grays Harbor County, Washington, about 2 hours SW of Seattle) - the most expensive home in my town was $375,000 and it was a huge mansion with lots of land.

There are definitely gray areas of wholesaling that may not be ethical or legal, but that is in every state.

There are checkbook models that give you direct control but they represent gray areas in IRS law. 4.

With no experience doing this yourself there will be a large gray area where you are not sure if it is a good deal or not.

I agree with Andrew and a light gray vs the white woodwork looks nice.

As you can see though, the front of the house looks like it was updated at some point with the light blue siding and the sides and back of the house have the older looking, wider white siding and the color is kind of gray/white as I've seen before with older white siding.

We use a lot of grays or paint colors with cooler tones as well-- as seen on the door in the picture below.
