New Investor / Real Estate Broker in Olympia, WA area

I've been lurking around BP for a few weeks now, getting a feel for the site.  I'm a seasoned real estate broker based out of the Olympia, Washington area.  I've been a broker since 2001 - originally in Seattle.  I've owned 2 companies, sold 1 and now have about 1/2 a dozen agents that work under me.  I've worked with investors off and on for years, finding deals and selling flips as a broker but I haven't done any investing personally. 

My husband has over 20 years as a carpenter and we also own a construction company. He has been exclusively focused on working with investors doing their renovations and complete rehabs on their flips for the past few years.  We are now just getting our feet wet with personally investing and would like to expand our network of private lenders/investors and other colleagues.  We are looking to build our net worth through real estate investments; initially flip/fix as that is what we know best given our backgrounds but eventually move towards a buy/hold strategy. 

I welcome connections and I'm eager to learn/share as we go along.
