Here's why: Landscape architects are trained and tested  EXTENSIVELY on several issues specific to site development: building placement vertically and horizontally, site analysis including drainage/topographical analysis, vegetative cover analysis, viewsheds, pervious/impervious surfaces, cut and fill calcs, landscape structures such as small retaining walls, uninhabited structures, small roadways, bikeways, walkways, streetscapes, and even small dams.

Sometimes it means drilling holes in the basement walls and installing anchors that go out horizontally from the walls (essentially, you're driving a giant screw through the basement wall into the earth).If it has a basement and you are getting water in there, you may also have to add a sump pump to any of the above items.It depends on the size of the house and how bad it is and lots of other factors, but I would figure that it would be hard to get out of this for less than a few thousand dollars.

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

Otherwise, do it on an overcast day to avoid ugly shadows and harsh reflections- Hold your phone horizontally - makes the space look bigger and shows better on screens- Shooting from lower chest height, holding the phone with both hands and rest your elbows onto your lower ribs.
