Any advice on books to read or other ways to expand my horizons within the scope of real estate investment?

We have been in real estate for just under a year and we have joined BiggerPockets to expand our horizons and learn from all of the amazing individuals on here.

Before the purchase I thought that refinancing may be on the horizon so I went into a bank and told them my situation in detail.

I'll definitely will take a look but wanted to expand horizon beyond BP stuff is possible.Thanks,Dan

Otherwise I am looking forward to making my departure to broader horizons. 

Your goal is relatively simple, "Make the smartest investment from a cash-flow and/or appreciation perspective with a 10 year time horizon". 

But I definitely want to expand my horizons.

This is especially true if the time horizon is several months out...fuh-get-about-it!
