Take all of that 17 year old energy and enthusiasm, Commonly referred to as piss and vinegar, and laser beam focus it at being a real estate investor.

Watch out for shysters who prey on newbies with too much enthusiasm and not enough wisdom....don't just give anyone money or control of your assets.Fifth, lots of reading.  

I love your enthusiasm to roll right into the next one, but in my experience, just let time do it's thing.

We started out with lots of enthusiasm and expectation in Jan start of decade etc., COVID hit us just before spring in mid of March and put everything on big hold.
