New investor in the Charlotte area
Happy New Year everybody! No more excuses, this is the year I purchase my first rental property. I’ve been on the fence for a while and have allowed excuses and self doubt to deter me from going for it... I’ve been listening to bigger pockets for a while and have desperately wanted to purchase my first property but haven’t had that “perfect” opportunity yet. Well, it’s been a couple years now and that perfect opportunity hasn’t come along so I figure it’s time to make my own opportunities. I recently read rich dad, poor dad and my aha moment because I just turned 36 and I realized I have been doing everything the wrong way financially for my entire life.
