CO REI Education/Mentor Group Suggestions?

I've learned about and heard positive review for a REI education and mentorship group in Texas. They send out recommended deals with financial metrics, assist you through the purchase and renovation process and I believe more.

Can anyone recommend a similar group around Denver area or in Colorado? 

I’d like to purchase a property by mid year to avoid researching and reading books too long without putting my knowledge into application.
