Any advice is welcome, and I hope to get to know a few of you as we embark on this adventure!

Hello Everyone,As in embark on the flip and hold investment strategy , I find myself confused.

I own a small business that is starting to do quite well and I'm devouring as many books and lurking around here on BP to sponge up as much information as I can regarding real estate investment.In few months I will embark on what I can only hope will be a successful investment career.

This is not an area to embark upon lightly.

Hello this forum was the one that was the most recommended for real estate discussions.I have a few questions before i can embark on this journey mainly how much can the ROI per year be.I want to ask some general questions not going furthure into strategies or any infomartion that is extremly valuable

Moreover, since I want to continue investigating in distressed properties, I NEED to know what needs to be done and how it is supposed to be done as I embark on future investments. 

Now that I have 15+ years under my belt, I not only have the cash flow necessary for me to embark on the next part of the plan, I also have great network and invaluable skills to show for my time.
