The ratio of renters to home owners in the Triangle is much higher than it was a decade ago, per a local real estate economist.

Hence, the rental market is now "on fire", as some may say.Some economists are predicting dire events for the economy sometime in the next 6 to 18 months.

I was at a meeting two weeks ago where a state economist gave a presentation on Idaho's economic forecast. 

Hello Claudio,I'm not an economist, but I would NOT make any investment(s) in RE in the State of Ct.More people are moving OUT then moving in to the State of Ct., for at least the last 15+ years.Do you know of any Industries, Tech or Health Corps. moving in or expanding the in the State of Ct.?

If you are looking for more macro level stuff I'd say start picking up The Economist and The Financial Times to get a good base level knowledge.

Maybe we should look for an economist on biggerpockets that will post some formulas here.
