I am Loan Officer in training and ready to start helping people with questions about the market, ARM and fixed rate questions, etc.

Do not worry, the 'training' part, I have a mentor with 33 years in the bay area so everything I give advice about I run it by her!  

QUICK TIP!: In my personal opinion and speaking with a professor of mine who has worked in international banking all his life, thinks interest rates will be raised in December. This is backed economists and algorithms and crazy calculations I do not understand haha.
