Teach others to run your acquisition and disposition roles while you just oversee the operation. 

In my opinion buying the new property in an LLC is the best option and use a JV agreement with your partner to outline everything (who pays what, who manages, how distributions are handled, how to handle disposition of the property, etc). 

He is willing to give me the full deposit ($25k) with the thought of splitting cash flow/ disposition 50/50.

hey yall, I am a part of a team of wholesalers that I love, I am in charge of the disposition of properties; here is my current issue, I love my team they have helped me grow but after been at this for a couple of months I don't feel that I am growing anymore is more like repetition which cool however I want something more than 10% of the spread, I've done my homework in other niches, there are some that I want to try out; as of now I am low on capital to do my own fix and flip also have no idea how to get one done.
