Their automations are only triggered on confirmed - which means you have to go in an manually confirm which sort of defeats the purpose.So now I'm looking for a service that even if it's an ical sync that sync still triggers the automation. 

My only thought would be that you are using the same parcel for the 4 units, possibly defeating the ability to claim each unit as an independent dwelling.
