Here is my story:I am 34, a wife and mother of a 16mo old daughter, and work as the CFO for a small real estate development company in San Diego that specializes in small tract development.

I am 33 years, married with 2 daughters 6 and 2, and love to mountainbike and snowboard.

I own it, my daughter and her family live there.

Owner's relative lived next door and conceded to letting him build his fence 4 feet wide (90ft deep) onto their (her-his daughter's)property line for RV maneuvering.

She lives their with her two daughters and works a night shift job.

The year after that I like to have a little 2 bedroom house for my daughter plus a rental for my folks.

One of my best long term tenants is a Mother and Daughter who lost their house to foreclosure.

(I also am actively looking for a waterfront home in Southeast Florida.)I’m 61 years old, married and have two grown daughters.

First hand, I remembered why I became a property manager, as well why I refuse to rent from homeowners that employ my services.The ending story is, I will be moving February 1, 2007, I informed the landlord if his daughter the "apartment manager" that is she forced her way into my home again or continues to act as a fool in public , I will have her arrested for trespassing, and endangering the welfare of my child.

I have new tenants, a mother and daughter.
