No pays, tenant drama, cat-pee cigarette smoke damage, drugs and cops all the time.What do you recommend? 

The issue: tenant is an elderly man, a smoker with a dog and doesn't want to move.

I am fortunate to have found a four unit in Milwaukee with three units occupied by long-term tenants (about ten years each) but some of them are smokers.

@Rich Kniss I just purchased a SFR rental property here in Las Vegas that has the same cigarette smell problem.

I need it all, agents, PM, GCs etc. if I was a smoker, I'd need a kick in the chest to get it started (sorry old joke).

Hello everyone- I thought I found a great tenant but my upstairs neighbors have complained that the tenant’s guest smokes cigarettes and marijuana in the patio and the smoke drifts up into their unit.

We placed an add there a month ago for no pets and non smokers?

But I also don’t have to smell that very distinct “dog pee/cat pee/cigarette/other gross stuff” smell when walking homes.

They also were heavy smokers, hoarders, and animal lovers, but refused to clean up after them.
