Consider attending real estate investor meetups and sharing your lending interest.

That probably means a small investment from friends and family or a partnership where you do almost all of the work for a small share of the upside.

I'd love to see some actual numbers for flipper's careers, and the formulas for expected returns if flippers are willing to share them.

I love talking with investors, sharing values, discussing their wants and needs, helping them fully understand what they’re investing in and helping them achieve their passive income goals is very rewarding.

Another trick from investers I’ve worked with is chatting up folks at local meetups who’ve recently navigated the same municipality.. they’re often happy to share how fast or slow things move.

On the other hand, since we're a smaller PUD, our assessments may simply need to be higher since there are fewer cabins sharing the costs.
