Currently brainstorming and getting ready to take action! 

@Jon Reed I hear you man, just doing some creative brainstorming and hearing people's opinions and expertise.

However, I would just like to brainstorm some before taking that step.

I would brainstorm what that cash could do for you and weigh that out.

One thing me and a good friend of mine were talking about is how there is a possible downturn (Not saying it’s going to happen I have no clue if it will or not) but we were talking about banks calling loans due so I’m just trying to brainstorm on how to counteract that and make sure your rentals are recession proof and able to have a exit strategy if banks do start calling notes due on what your plan would be.?

Just brainstorming possible situations before they happen

I do not have so many paid off properties, so like everybody else, I am trying to brain storm different scenarios.But in reality, it does not matter if its hypothetical situation or not...I was just hoping may be somebody knows any details

With respect to current employment, I have started searching and brainstorming different places of employment that could provide some flexibility and potentially the opportunity to build skillsets that would be advantageous for my goals.You mentioned that you speak from experience with what we're talking about.

@Gabriel Wheeler I just finished the book and am brainstorming ideas on what I want to include.

So I’m currently in the market to purchase my first rental property, and I’ve been brainstorming for good ideas and I remember Dave Ramsey saying that he buys all his properties with cash which allows him to offer way less than market value and people are more willing to accept because the closing is so much quicker and easier.
