I'll scan that loan file into one PDF and put that PDF into my "Cold Files" folder on our secure server the same day I issue the preapproval, and typically shred-bin the physical file right then because it serves no purpose and just takes up safe space in about 95% of cases. 

So effectively you have a server making the same money more is now showing up as hourly versus tips.

I'm sure someone could query the Zillow servers using their API or by using a web scraper/crawler to determine dates that nearby properties may have recently been rented for.

I am currently a Process Server trying to learn a win/win for myself and the homeowners I encounter on a daily basis.

You have to hire a server to notify them of court, and it can't be you.  

In response to "current profession" I am a career restaurant server with some management as well.

I worked my fulltime job and had a fulltime server position in a restaurant and was a part time valet.

I subscribed to a paper list provider  then online data provider with a dedicated server (pre-Internet). 

I don't mind knocking on a door unless you need a process server or something similar.Let me know if I can do it.
