My journey here began with military orders to Joint-Base San Antonio-Lackland.

They also are military (we're near a base) and we don't have any concerns about payments.  

We are a military family active duty to reserve and now looking to enter retirement years, so we see how beneficial it is to be close to the base and those amenities.

Does anyone have experience with a bank or credit union that is offering Helocs in 2nd position on small multifamily investment properties without goin the commercial route etc...
