We used quickbooks to start and now are using microsoft d365

People who bought Microsoft or Dell at the start of the PC revolution were much luckier than those who bough Kaypro (remember them), Grid (how about them?)

Hey everyone I was hoping to get some help finding a Microsoft or excel spreadsheet to use when determining possible monthly cashflow on a rental property.

We use Microsoft Teams at my company and it’s been working great for us

And before that, more corporate treasurers will start adding it to their balance sheets - Google, Amazon, Tesla, Microsoft, Apple.I have held for YEARS, I have seen it declared dead, called a scam and a fraud - by bank CEO's whose analysts are now saying it will go higher.

Microsoft purchased a ton of land down there, San Marcos has Texas State but because of that it is inflated.

Using Google Drive will allow you to share the link for others to make changes if you wanted, plus so many people have access to Google making it easy but if you would rather use Microsoft that is great too.

This may blow some folks’ minds but one can make good investments without being a spreadsheet Ninja. Sacrilegious to some I know. 😀I am a contrarian when it comes to investing. I am a REAL ESTATE guy not a spreadsheet...
