Status Update:Sorry BP, but I've been epic failing on updating this diary.

i have been listening to the Epic Real Estate and Turnkey Real Estate podcast and keep hearing Epic Fast Funding advertised.

Is it easy, nope, I am over 20 years professional in the industry with a epic reputation and I actually specialize in investment real estate and have been an investor almost 12 years.

If you can get up to ORegon the STeelhead run is epic this year FYI  going Monday.

good luck, keep posting but most of all keep sharing, this is an optimal dilemma of epic proportion, that being said i tend to agree with just about everything mrs. nourse so elegantly laid out, it a tough issue no matter how you look at it, but at the end of the day you are in business to make a profit, and hopefully give away a portion to charity, and emphasis on just that "charity!"

All of these epic shifts, first meet with total disregard and laughter UNTIL they are hitting on beast-size. 

Talk about deja-vu, can't they do something about these epic cycles?
