FHA 203(k) loans The FHA provides financing for not only purchasing caps but renovating distressed properties generating an income through renting out rooms or units.

However, I don't actually care as long as they are not bringing in clients, displaying signage, storing materials, etc.

He or she will issue K-1's from the partnership to each of you.
