About a month ago I finally came around to listing to the BP Podcast and started seeing the value of this community.For the past year I've been working as a residential real estate agent & project manager/estimator for commercial construction to gain more experience.Before I moved to the US I grew up in Germany and graduated from the University of Vienna, Austria with my B.Sc. in Business Computer Science.I've always been interested in Investments and just started looking closer into REI.

I have visited China, Thailand,  Japan, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and even lived in the Philippines for almost a year.

Yes hard work work is required either way but talking about a smoother process than say investing in Costa Rica or Germany?

My friends had hundreds of projects in multiple European countries (Germany, Norway, etc.) for the last 10 years and I was wondering, will ever be demand for such high quality visualizations in the U.S.?

I have applicants who can show income statements/proof of income, clean background and want to sign a year lease on my house but they are from Germany and moving to the US.

Matt Morrissey, bigwig for this whole Cape wind deal, and a whole team traveled to Germany on the taxpayer dollar to study how their offshore wind turbine System works in order to bring those ideas back here.

I am currently living in Germany (Ramstein AB) as an Engineer/PM contractor.
