The roof is composition. 

My repair costs are near zero because I do all work myself, from roofing to furnaces to sewers.

We fixed the roof ,at least I think we did , but will see how it does.

Maybe roof age or other u/w reasons.

That in the Dean wood area are maybe the only two area in the DC  where the properties have not jump through the roof.

For a normal interior we would use the following- sprayer for ceilings (flat white) and for doors (switch to semi-gloss) - 3'' angled brush for cut in and trim- 19'' roller frame with 1/2'' nap cover for walls (this is where the real magic happens).

The scenario would be using a flat fee listing service where there is no agent. 

It's gotten harder both down on the flats and in the mts over the years.

I'd have better chances of survival skipping down central ave Tehran with a Yamika singing fiddler on the roof tunes, in Yiddish, than I would just walking through parts of CA carrying a Trump 2024 flag......

And a nice rehabbed cash flowing house with a new roof, hvac, driveway, LVP floors and updated kitchen and bathrooms.
