I've seen a number of good deals in League City / Clear Lake.

@Thomas HaregotI'm a big fan of league city ( though it sounds like you ate going after Houston properties ).

Again an intelligent  discussion on CAP rate is out of my league. 

I'm coming across multiple deals everyday it's just that most of them are out of my league.

I love going to the games, I always enjoyed Minor league, so much fun! 

I don't mean to imply there are no cashflow deals here, just that the ones that do exist are perhaps a bit of out my league at this point in time, being a newbie and all.aggressiveness is part of my DNA, hopefully it doesn't get me into trouble in our REI endeavors :)

@Brandon Turner @Nathan Emmert So I just got word from the Higher Ups at Navy Federal that if you join the "Navy League of San Diego", you will qualify for a Navy Federal membership.

Anytime I am home and my dogs start going nuts because a salesman is on my porch it drives me nutty.Trade shows or sponsoring little league teams works well.

I went to U.C and move out state about 10 yrs ago, last year I went to campus, I thought I was at Ivy league school, campus changed so much, do you invest near University or Clifton?
