Hello everyone I am excited to have found this website to help me in my new journey! My fiance and I are currently learning and hoping 2015 will see us start our portfolio in real estate. I look forward to being involved in conversation and am open to any and all advice!

BP has some fantastic property analysis tools to help you run numbers. Be prepared to contribute some serious time to this website as it is full of great information in any form of learning you prefer from podcast to books to webinars to these forums. Good luck to yall!
