Hi everyone!

My name is Joshua and I am just getting started in this business.  

I started out in the workforce like so many others, I was taught learn a skill, get a J-O-B and pay your bills. Well 20 years later, I am no longer interested in the JOB and want to have financial freedom.  I was recommended a couple books to read, one being Rich Dad Poor Dad, and that has lead me down an interesting rabbit hole. Which lead me here! 

I am looking to learn from those that have the things I want, and I would like to start off with wholesaling, mainly due to the low initial investment. 

I look forward to learning and creating bigger pockets for myself!

They "usually" will be involved in the entire Charlotte Metro area or will have contacts that do. You can also look for "meet up " opportunities on BP. Persevere!
