@David Mo I am not sure where your drawing these notions from on inflation and interest rate but nearly everything you said to that was completely incorrect, especially that a MORTGAGE is a hedge to inflation, it is not, not at all, a mortgage is just a promissory security for a debt, it is nothing to inflation.
