Good Afternoon BP!
Like million's before me, I love the notion of Real Estate as an income stream. I have no disillusion that it is passive or easy, but I certainly love the idea of waking up. I've rented and flipped a condo(intentionally!) and rented a SFH my family moved out of for a work relocation. The fact is, for me to make my dreams a reality I'm going to need to shift. This is an industry I don't know, with players that I don't know, and with needs I don't fully understand. After nearly 15 years in my IT Consulting field, this is a stark shift.
As with any industry, finding ways to needfully serve others is key to success and longevity. If you're a jerk to everyone and only take, no one wants to work with you. To this end, I'm hoping that I can bring some value to the community through the use of a Telegram-based Mastermind or Accountability group. I may not have the REI experience yet, but I am great at managing groups, organizing events, and technology.
My goal is to bring in only Florida RE investors. People who are living off their portfolio of residential rental properties. (SFH or MFH) There is a huge array of trades necessary for success in this industry, but this will keep the group focused. With a weekly time for us to post a few things. This last point is in bold because I feel it is the most important. I am working against yet another mastermind that's a weekly post of "I didn't find any deals, I'm searching for more deals, give me a deal, I'll give you a referral".

- What you need
- What you can offer
Maybe such a thing already exists? I don't need to reinvent the wheel if someone can recommend a similar group.
