I'm pretty sure Boston just made it very hard for STRs for units where the owner is absent.

As someone who is a potential first-time homebuyer - would you recommendBuying or Renting in the Greater Boston Area, MAif you are considering applying and enrolling in some sort of graduate program in the next few years?

I have a unit currently rented in East Boston and have been interested in expanding into multi-family units.
