I just found out that my tenants decided to build a wall and put in another door in order to accommodate another person.

Understand that the whole "getting credit for my LLC" idea is mostly a waste of time.

Just need minor repairs, carpet, and walls bathrooms cleaned.

I was initially thinking 2 weeks then I thought that may be too close together and a waste of money.

If still no payment, waste no more time and go file for the first step in your area's eviction process.

That's my term for someone who wastes everyone's time by posting once, never takes action nor and follow through.Wish the moderators would posts stats on the real number and % of people who post 1-10 times then disappear.
