I traveled there for a talk and it was very well done!

As a contractor I understand where they are coming from...but if you are purchasing all materials and they are local, there should be no reason for that much up front, I've traveled all over the US for investors and even then only generally have they pay for hotels for couple days up front and we get payments as work Progress's.

I found this one, I can find another :) My goal is to start slowly, purchasing a home or condo on or near water that I can occupy in the winter and  rent out during the summer through a property management while I travel to cooler climates with my husband in our RV.

The seller is ill with a chronic condition  and cannot travel to sign any documents so I'm a little stuck.

The developer might also gets credits to do the project.I like medical office but office in general doesn't excite me much.

I can give investors a deal who both buy and sell a property with me as your agent.Outside of investing, I am a software engineer and love traveling and being in the outdoors.

Also, flipping homes will be difficult while traveling so much.One of the best options for someone like you is investing in turnkey properties.
