Hi BP....my name is Scott Nalbach and I am a relatively new real estate investor in South Florida. I bought my first house 3 years ago and have seen the equity growin a manner that has exceeded my expectations! This personal experience has really peaked my interest in real estate investing. Just seeing how money can be made by using leverage, I eagerly began reading and researching everything I could get my hands on about various aspects of investing in real estate. That is how I came across BP.

I have recently partnered with a family member to form a small company so that we can buy and sell real estate. We recently sold a property that my partner had purchased as a second home less than 2 years ago and did extremely well with the sale, again due to the significant appreciation. ...I'm currently house hacking my personal residence to help grow our business. I am here today to build my real estate professional network in South Florida and Cleveland for future buy and hold deals as well as flips.
