These are especially important for tight bathroom spaces where I'm almost always at 16mm. 

In other words, I suspect that if your cash flow is so tight, you may actually run into issues getting funding when the lender has reviewed your paperwork in depth. 

And in our case we are trying to buy 3 properties, does that make the deadline even more tight?
