Tenant still occupying after 60-day notice
Hi everyone,
I'm taking over a property after previously having it on property management. The tenant gave a 60-day notice which made yesterday the last day but is still occupying the property. The lease does not mention anything about holdover.
Besides charging prorated rent, is there anything else I can do? I'm currently on a tight schedule to get this property turned over to make ready.
