Clearly, there should be value in adding this feature, and doing so properly and with a permit, so that it's reflected in the title, and i'm trying to gage how much would be acceptable to spend on central air.I've been quoted between $7200 and $16K for a 3Ton complete system, and while i don't always go with the lowest bid, i'm tempted to do so this time since i treat air as a "commodity" and not "finishings" and am at the tail and of a renovation.

and those are college graduates with masters (graduated years ago) that make over 150k per year.what do you do with "normal wear and tear". i am tired of spending 1k for carpet every time a tenant moves out.

I love what I do, but I am obsessed with REI - spend all my free time researching it, listening to podcasts, driving around looking at houses, working on my own house.

When I was working up there, I had to spend an exuberant amount of time explaining to people what L/O was and how it works.

Id rather take that and spend on marketing.
