Wanting to start investing in homes.
I'm new to real estate but have always been interested in investing into a home to rent or a flip for some more capital. But I am also in college full time and work full time until my graduation date in 5 months. After that my fiancé soon to be wife are moving to Florida, but I am not sure how or where to begin since I will have little capital to work with.
Any ideas?
