It's sad he's not offering it anymore but I am glad I was able to purchase it before he closed his website.

The sad part it is the sweet spot for profit as an investor in that area.   

It is just sad that some people can't keep it to themselves and feel the need to show they are somehow "morally correct" on a forum of all places.

Sadly that site doesn't have information for any locations around me.

I'm sad I just missed it. 

The ones who have been shut down (and their management arrested) were those who, sadly, cram four elderly in a bedroom, paid "nursing" personnel $10 a hour to monitor them and, in one sad case, gave an elderly woman in a wheelchair her shower by rolling her out into the back yard and spraying her down with the garden hose.If I were to consider renting a property to be used as an assisted living facility I would only do so if their contract was with a VA Medical Center. 

Sadly, I did not have anyone in my circle that told me this was a bad idea, oh did I mention the outrageous HOA fees that went along with it, making it a loss if I tried to rent it out? 

I have actually been a member now for about a year and a half, and sadly enough this is my first post.

Sad part is I could go on with more points but those alone should help open your eyes a bit to the reality of what a REAL DMM program requires, as it IS a PROGRAM, not a 1-stop e-z-pee-zee path to leads and sales.
