I am closing on a duplex in an up and coming area of Logan Heights just a few hundred feet from the train station (and a few blocks up from the police station lol), and it has been completely rehabbed from the ground up (not by me) so I have a perfect situation to view the cap ex timeline from the start, thanks for putting this post out there and giving me some ideas!
