There are some great players, and of course some "not so great" players. 

There are plenty of youtube videos and free books on doing this, and you'll need to be slightly tech-savvy to do this online (there is also affordable software to help you for a small investment) - but this is one of the most legitimate players in this market that may be what you need to get started.

I am retired woman at 50, but still very capable of doing large heavy jobs on my own, I also own all my own professional tools.

And yes, I believe it’s an overall good strategy If you have a team capable of repairing without having to rely on expenses.

There are many capable attorneys in the area, but it all depends on your needs.  

Disclaimer*** I own a rental company.I'm curious when you look into renting a vacation home in a beach or mountain town for whatever reason.Are you more likely to look at small rental companies in the area or are you more likely to look for a vacation home with one of the big players like HomeAway, VRBO, Airbnb?

The Canadian government is really pushing hard to move to clean energy and is really making it hard for players like Transalta to keep their coal plants in business.
