Plus, the only way you'd really be able to do it (financially) is if you own the company that does the lending, but then that just shifts the money from one hand to the other.

My hope is to learn as much as possible within a year to a year and a half and then I'll be fully ready to go from both a knowledge and financial perspective.

That is exactly my problem...I have no idea how to predict where or when a housing market will shift for better or worse.

i think you just need some perspective on life.

The other hand tells me to sell and find a better investment.After all, I would not buy a 300,000 house today and be forced to put down 125,000 to generate a 300 monthly cashflow.I would greatly appreciate hearing any other perspectives out there.
