That said it is possible that you need to evaluate your stays and decide if it is worth taking shorter stays or sticking to some longer stays to reduce your time commitment and maximize the revenue for time invested.

In fact, our market is approx. 3 months of supply vs 6 months being a balanced market.

I also am fine closing my purchase in cash, and refinancing shortly thereafter (or even down the road in 6-12 months).So for my questions:1) I've spoken with some mortgage brokers- they all seem to charge a lot of upfronts and are telling me I need to do a DSCR loan.

Hey Rich,I'm only at 21 units (closing on another 4 next month), but I work a full-time job and also got my real estate license this year, so my plate's pretty full.
