I manage about 65 units and at times my largest cleaning provider may be getting $20,000-30,000 from me.  This gross number is higher than my commission on the units they service, however it does not phase me.  They have overhead with staff, fuel, supplies, etc.  Without them your commission would be $0.  As mentioned above do not focus on this number, at all.  They are not correlated.
