TC: Issue was resolved after 1 day.With these payment, my confidence in TenantCloud has gone down significantly and looking for better solution.

I’ve had this happen in a similar market propped up by foreign investors and tourism (Costa Rica) and luckily was able to wait out the down turn but there can be long periods of time in this type of market where properties just aren’t selling at all even at a steep discount.

(see photos)There is a floor drain on the other side of the 2x6 wall(about 10 feet). so i would just need to tie it into this I am budgeting 20K for a brand new plumbing system for the whole house already since there is not anything in the house currently.The basement floor is already ripped out and down to dirt.

I’m also a big fan of being able to sit down across the table from somebody, but I’m just an old soul at heart.

When I ran calculations, we would've needed to come in at highest $3,650,000, with 10% down and the seller carrying the rest of the note. 

That is just a little about what is in my head.

The owner rented rooms for $1k each (I think that's what she told me) to young professionals working at MUSC right down the street and to Citadel students.

You noticed Ford stock is down, but with over $125,000,000,000 (yes, that is billion) in revenue, you know it won’t stay down for long.

Does this mean I shouldn’t pay down mortgage with such high interest?
