It’s unbelievable how many people send out direct mail only to have the call go to voicemail and then never follow up.

Are they just referring to owning a business period for write off's, or are they referring to strictly Corporations?

Just follow the law and be responsive.

If they ignore that I follow through with filing an eviction. 

I don't want to do anything that will get me sued or lose my license. follow your moral compass.. if you think basically lieing to a client is OK  then that's were your moral compass is pointing to. ..
